The piece opens with suspenseful orchestration as the character navigates the woodland, building tension through strategic use of strings and timpani. The composition then follows the character's journey through a log trap, employing slapstick-style orchestration that cleverly mirrors the on-screen sound effects. Featured instruments include xylophone, marimba, and celesta for percussive comedy beats, supported by clarinet for melodic flourishes and tuba for the heavier comedic moments. The musical narrative reaches its climax with the character's encounter with Big Buck Bunny, culminating in a whimsical catapult sequence that transforms the initial tension into pure lighthearted fun through playful interplay between piano, drums, and the full ensemble.
